1. About Taxiadviser

Taxiadviser provides pre-booked airport transfer services between Arlanda Airport and Stockholm city area.

By booking a transfer through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below.


2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your transfer details.

Please make sure all information provided is correct, including:

  • Flight number
  • Arrival time
  • Contact phone number
  • Destination address

3. Fixed Prices

All prices displayed on the website are fixed prices.

There are:

  • No hidden fees
  • No surge pricing
  • No extra airport charges

The confirmed booking price is the final price unless the booking details are changed by the customer.


4. Meet & Greet Service

Your driver will meet you at the airport arrivals area.

For international arrivals, the driver monitors flight arrival times and adjusts pickup time in case of delays.


5. Waiting Time

Included waiting time:

  • 60 minutes after flight landing for airport pickups
  • 15 minutes for other pickups

Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.


6. Flight Delays

We monitor incoming flights whenever a valid flight number has been provided.

If your flight is delayed, your booking will automatically be adjusted without additional charge for reasonable delays.


7. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to:

  • 24 hours before scheduled pickup time

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.


8. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct booking information
  • Being reachable by phone
  • Arriving at the pickup point on time

Taxiadviser is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Events outside our control

9. Luggage

Please ensure the selected vehicle type is suitable for the number of passengers and luggage.

Oversized luggage must be specified during booking.


10. Payment

Payment may be completed:

  • Online during booking
  • Through approved payment providers

Cash payment availability may vary.


11. Privacy

Customer information is handled securely and only used for booking and customer service purposes.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where necessary to complete the transportation service.
